ทั้งนี้ บริษัทยังคงวางงบลงทุนปีนี้ไว้ที่ 1.8 พันล้านบาท จะใช้ในการขยายโรงแรมแบรนด์ HOP INN ในประเทศจำนวน 4 แห่ง ซึ่งปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง คาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จและเปิดให้บริการได้ในไตรมาส 4/58 และที่เหลือจะใช้ในการปรับปรุงโรงแรมเดิมที่มีอยู่ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้ทั้งปีบริษัทจะมีโรงแรมทั้งสิ้น 32 แห่ง จากเดิมมีอยู่ 28 แห่ง
