ด้านความคืบหน้าการลงทุน โรงพยาบาล ลาดพร้าว ลำลูกกา ล่าสุดขั้นตอนอยู่ระหว่างการจัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) คาดว่ากระบวนการแล้วเสร็จและเริ่มก่อสร้างได้ช่วงปลายปีนี้ จากแผนเดิมคาดว่าจะก่อสร้างกลางปีนี้ แต่เกิดปัญหาทำให้ต้องเปลี่ยนผู้ออกแบบใหม่ ส่งผลให้โครงการล่าช้าออกไปประมาณ 6 เดือน แต่ปัจจุบันได้ผู้ออกแบบใหม่แล้ว คาดว่าจะใช้เวลาก่อสร้าง 3 ปี (2562-2564) และรับรู้รายได้ปี 2565 โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 อาคาร คือ โรงพยาบาล และอาคารดูแลผู้สูงอายุ รวมทั้งโครงการเงินลงทุนประมาณ 800 ล้านบาท
