นายเชน  เหล่าสุนทร  รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและรองผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลฝ่ายการเงิน  บริษัท โรงพยาบาลวัฒนแพทย์ ตรัง จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ WPH  เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้โรงพยาบาลวัฒนแพทย์ อ่าวนาง จังหวัดกระบี่ ได้เปิดให้บริการอย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2562 เรียบร้อยแล้ว และได้รับการตอบรับที่ดี ซึ่งการให้บริการในเฟสแรกเริ่มต้นที่ขนาด จำนวน 59 เตียง โดยคาดว่าจะสร้างรายได้ให้บริษัทฯ ปีละ 150 ล้านบาท

โดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.)รายงานว่า เมื่อวานนี้ MITSUI (THAILAND) , MITSUI (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. และบริษัท มิตรสยาม อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มเดียวกัน ได้ขายหุ้น TIW ทั้งหมดรวม 62.45% ให้กับนายประสิทธิ์ ส่งผลให้นายประสิทธิ์ เข้ามาถือหุ้นใน TIW รวม 62.5% ส่งผลให้ต้องทำคำเสนอซื้อหุ้น TIW ทั้งหมดของกิจการ ขณะที่กลุ่ม MITSUI จะยังคงถือหุ้นใน TIW จำนวน 5%
